have have banned only 48 fans from the London Stadium following trouble against – after publically vowing to keep out 200. The Hammers will host Arsenal on Saturday in the first London derby since the October 26 EFL Cup tie with Chelsea which saw riot police deployed in the former Olympic arena. With an MP calling for West Ham’s new ground to be closed down, the club and the London Stadium issued a statement the next day claiming they were “finalising the identification of 200 individuals who will receive stadium bans having been involved in incidents of disorder” during the game. But speaking at the London Assembly on Thursday, vice-chairman Karren Brady admitted far fewer than half of the round number of 200 were no longer allowed in the stadium. Some fans have successfully appealed bans while 18 individuals could not be identified. “It’s not always easy identifying people because if they are in an area causing trouble, you have to follow them back through the CCTV to their seat as that’Roy Hodgson focused on his players 'in his post-match press conference followinielder Dani Ceballos is keen to avoid comparisons with Santi Cazorla.Cazorla, now with Villarreal, played for the club between 2012-2018, making 180 appearances before a serious injury cruelly ended his Arsenal career, and he is remembered fondly by g 's impressive comeback against West Ham United. The Palace manager was first asked about VAR, which had a hand to play in Palace's second goal of their 2-1 win. However, hs where we can find out the names, addresses and who theycontent_img are,” she said. “It is because the stadium has such excellent CCTV that 71 people have been identified and banned.” West Ham pays £2.5m a year rent for the London Stadium which includes police and stewarding costs. • Capital One Cup final: Who are the three men that will stand by Jurgen Klopp’s side at Wembley?

will lead out in the Capital One Cup final while the unsung heroes on his backroom staff will largely go unnoticed. The German may well have guided the Reds to within one game of silverware, but he's not the only off-field influence to have played a part in their run. Coaches Zeljko Buvac, Peter Krawietz and Pep Lijnders will sit alongside Klopp at Wembley - but who exactly are they? The take a deeper look... “If anyone says you are ‘the brain’ then you take that!” Zeljko Buvac's nickname comes from Klopp, who credits the Bosnian as one of the key players in the success he has enjoyed at both Mainz and Dortmund. And, hopefully, has moved to the Foxes from Luton Town. His eagerness to work under Brendan Rodgers is borne from the Northern Irishman's ability to further the careers of highly-talented youngsters. He said: “Since Brendan [Rodgers] has come in, I could see the spin the future at Liverpool too. The two were teammates at Mainz, and when Klopp took over as manager in 2001 he quickly asked Buvac, who at the time was trying his hand at management in the fourth-tier of German football with SC Neukirchen, to be his assistant. They have been inseparable since, with Klopp regarding Buvac as very much his equal. “Before every training session and after every training session we talk together,” Buvac told the Express recently. “Before every match and after every match we talk. “In training I am observing and watching and if I have the feeling something needs to be changed I will speak to Kloppo. We discuss it, ‘Why should this be? Why that?’ But it is a decision we come to together. That is the way in training and that is the way in the match. “If it is necessary, I get up from the bench and that is okay. I don’t need to ask. Together with Peter we have six eyes. You see more than if only one man is looking.” Klopp has described the relationship between the pair as “telepathic.” Nuri Sahin, the former Liverpool midfielder who worked under the pair at Dortmund, says Buvac is his “twin” when it comes to football. “Both of them see football in the exact same way,” he said. A calmer presence than the livewire Klopp, Buvac had returned to Bosnia following the pair's exit from Dortmund last summer. “I was enjoyin 12-year sponsorship deal with long-term principal partner American Express, reportedly worth in excess of UK£100 million (US$125 million), reports, /.Under the terms of the new contract, the US-based financial services provider, which has its UK heg the sunshine,” he says of the weeks leading up to the call from Klopp about Liverpool. “We are like a music band. Jurgen is the band leader, and others are behind him playing the bass guitar or drum.” As images go, Peter Krawietz's assessment of the relationship between Liverpool's coaching staff is about as evocative as they come. Even if, as he admits himself: “I’m not sure which instrument is mine!” Krawietz, like Buvac, has been with Klopp since his Mainz days. Originally employed as a scout and later a video analyst, now his role is more organisational, ensuring the right information, and the right amount of information, is passed on to manager and players. Unlike Klopp and Buvac, he has no history in the game as a player. His attention to detail, though, is impressive enough for Klopp to nickname him 'The Eye.' Krawietz was a student at Mainz University when he met Klopp. “When I started my work there was a situation where I presented my analysis, telling him what he should have done,” he told the Telegraph last month. "‘What? Me?’ he said to me. It was very funny. It was my task to tell him what he’d done wrong. Then we had a ‘discussion’ – if I can put it like that - as he asked me why I suggested this. It was the first time we spoke about football I can remember. It was the start.” content_imgA fluent English speaker, Krawietz followed Klopp on to Dortmund in 2007, and said he needed “two hours” to consider when asked to move to Merseyside last October. It has been a rapid rise for Pep Lijnders at Anfield. The Dutchman arrived in August 2014 with a stellar reputation as a youth coach, working originally with the U16 side at the Academy. Within a year, he was promoted to work with the first team under Brendan Rodgers, and within three months he was taking charge of senior training following Rodgers' departure. His services have been retained by the club since Klopp's arrival. Though youth development is his speciality – he takes charge of the club's 'Talent Group' at Melwood each week – his work with the senior side has helped create what he calls 'a bridge' between Kirkby and the first team. “For me as a young coach learning from the best it's the same as the young players,” he says of working with Klopp. “It's like a masterclass every day.” Lijnders built his reputation during spells at FC Porto and PSV Eindhoven, and was the man trusted with media duties by Liverpool when Klopp was absent for the game with Sunderland recently. Those who listened to his post-match assessment were left impressed by his knowledge and eye for detail. Who will win the Capital One Cup?7000+ VOTES SO FAR

But a shocking blunder from Kyle McFadzean gifted them their opener – his insipid back-pass letting in Costa who squared for Oscar to tuck home. Out of the blue, though, the hosts equalised six minutes later – a Darren Potter 20-yarder looping up off Nemanja Matic and bemusing Thibaut Courtois. Anyone who has ever been to Stamford Bridge for a big game will be fully aware of the passion Chelsea fans have for their side. No-one is disputing that. • Arsene Wenger admits ‘it is a good feeling’ to be top of the Premier League after thumping win at Sunderland

Arsene Wenger was shown the league table and admitted: “It is a good feeling.” are top of pile the for a few hours. The pressure is back on rivals. A moment to savour the feeling, but with the caution of a warning. Here was Olivier Giroud scoringe pair won titles together with AC Milan.Inzaghi's Benevento defeated Napoli on Saturday in a preseason friendly. And Ancelotti posted to social media after the game: "It's always a pleasure to see you my friend Pippo, what great memories!"Carlo Ancel with his first two touches after coming on as a sub. A devastating, three goals blast in just six minutes and 20 seconds. Alexis Sanchez at the double to show the strike force was looking sharp... once had briefly tweaked their tails. “It is a good feeling to go first. At least you have one good day,” said Wenger. But he added: “Top is where everyone wants to be, but it is too early and too tight as well. There are so many good teams in the league. You go game after game.” The contract with bottom placed Sunderland was stark. No wins. Two points. Pitiful. Hope and anticipation for Arsenal. Hopeless and hopelessness at the Stadium of Light who look doomed. That wasn't Wenger's concern. He added: “I am happy with the performance and result. And our spirit. We missed many chances and at 1-1 we had a chance to lose a game that should have been over. “We kept going and got the goals. It was important to win today. We had six wins then a draw last week at home which was disappointing. “Another game without a win might have created uncertainties. But the last ten minutes were relaxing.” After ambling through the first 19 minutes, Arsenal went one up by finishing a mesmerising 22 pass move. Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain burst clear down the right and fired in a cross. Lamine Kone had the job of tracking Sanchez but was slow off the mark as the Arsenal striker burst in front of him and nodded home. The passing sequence was the longest in the Premier League leading to a goal this season. No wonder David Moyes admitted before the match it was a “difficult time to be a Sunderland fan.” As his players walked back for the restart there didn't appear to be a leader challenging, cajoling and shouting the odds to inspire a revival. But revive they did, very briefly, in the second half, against all evidence on show. Didier Ndong's long ball caught Shkonran Mustafi's dithering and Duncan Watmore charged, with a heavy touch, into the box. He was bumped by the advanced Petr Cech and Martin Atkinson gave the penalty. Jermain Defoe converted for his fifth of the season. It was the home side's only shot on target. Equality lasted six minutes. Wenger threw on Olivier Giroud to pressure Sunderland's centre backs and it worked. Piqued by Sunderland's goal Arsenal, at last, let rip. With his first touch Giroud hooked in Kieran Gibbs cross for his first of the season in the 71st minute. Then five minutes later Giroud conjured a brilliant looping header at the front post from Mesut Ozil's corner. A fine way to return after not being involved in a league game since September 24. Arsenal weren't finished there. Sanchez got his second and the Gunners' fourth with a cheeky flick. In pictures: Sunderland 1-4 Arsenal The home defence were in tatters. Gibbs shot hit the post and Ramsey teed up Sanchez three yards out for a jink and a flourish into the net. Moyes's side looked like a rock bottom outfit, short of confidence, leadership and guile to improve their situation. A banner passed over head before kick off by the home fans read: “It's unbelievable , the fans drive the team on to win games – Jermain Defoe. Except they don't win. And don't look like it. Wenger's men dominated possession, and should have killed it earlier. Sunderland fans are realistic to know where they are heading. They sang: “We're f****** s***....” An made them suffer for their 0-0 draw.Barca kicked off their Champions League campaign with this stalemate in Germany.Valverde said afterwards: "The result is what is it. His wedding is at 2pm, so there is a possibility and I have allowed Danny Drinkwater, if he wants, to stop off at Cheshire for the wedding and then join us at 4pm for the training session. "You will have to ask him if he has taken up that offer. “As for Jamie, I’m really not concerned. "I hope he will be sensible and I believe he will be sensible. I know he really is desperate to be selected to go to the Euros and do a good job so I’m pretty confident when I see him on Saturday morning he will be fine. “There are two points. "One, I thought it was certainly commendable when I called him up for those matches last June and he said ‘Well, actually I’m getting married’. I saidcontent_img, ‘Oh, does that mean you want to refuse selection?' He said, ‘No, no, I want to be selected so I will cancel the wedding’. So I thought that was good. “I’d have liked him to have rescheduled it for a bit earlier, or a lot later, than he has done. "The reasons for that, I don’t know, but I could guess he probably thought he would get a week to 10 days off at the end of the season, because that is what we have done traditionally. “By all means feel free to ask him if he intends to let down his hair and do some stupid things after the wedding — and if the answer is ‘Yes’ feel free to batter him in the press!” Should Jamie Vardy have postponed his wedding again until after the Euros?0+ VOTES SO FAR
