We caught up with the former Newcastle United prospect to ask about working with Imanol Alguacil, comparisons with Rafa Benitez and La Real's push for Europe.Question: Getafe, Sevilla, Valencia, Athletic Club, Betis or Villarreal apartMiller, 22, had a 1.32 ERA, 0.95 WHIP and 16 strikeouts in 13 2/3 innings after his call-up in September. He was the Cardinals' first-round pick in 2009. It's likely will replace Garcia in the rotation, should the Cardinals advance to the NLCS. Lynn, however, will remain in the bullpen for the balance of the NLDS.

The most intriguing story here, though, is the possible drama surrounding Garcia.

As reported by , Garcia was hurt before his Game 2 start; he just didn't tell anyone else in hopes that it would go away in the days leading up to his start.

When the pain didn't subside during his start, Garcia was removed after just two innings.

Does this sound like something that would upset you, if you were a teammate of Garcia's? I think that's a reasonable assertion. And according to one report from St. Louis, that was the case with the Cardinals.

"Several teammates were incensed to learn that Garcia started such a monumental game if indeed compromised physically. A faction within the organization has remained skeptical about the severity of Garcia's condition despite a June diagnosis that he was suffering from an impingement and strain that required more than two months' rest and rehabilitation."
